I wish I saw you guys more... {Writer's Workshop}

The Prompts:

1.) Tell us about a stray animal you took in.

2.) Write a poem for your favorite teacher of all time.

3.) Describe someone in your life you wish you saw more of.

4.) Write a letter to someone who bothered you this week.

I wish I saw my sisters more. We all are pretty close, as far as sisters go, but I feel like I'm losing touch with them being so far away.

Emily is 4 years younger than me and married. She has a beautiful daughter, whom I miss too. Emily is a strong woman who can get through anything that is thrown her way. Her daughter was born with SVT. [and was a whopping 10 lbs. 4 oz!] She has spent a lot of time in and out of the hospital with her little girl but always has a positive attitude about it all. I don't know how she does it. Plus I can't wait for Ali to get her heart fixed so she can come stay with me. Aunt Heather is a little nervous about the whole rapid heartbeat thing.

Abby is 8 years younger and also married to her high school sweetheart, who with help from big sis made it possible for her to even go out with him. Her and her hubby don't have any children other that their Maltese Beezer. He's a freak. Abby went to college and is now a Physical Therapy Assistant, and makes the big bucks out of us girls. She works at a Senior Care Facility, and I don't know how she does it. I know I could never work with old folks. Regardless of their condition. Abby a wonderful wife, and will be a great mother someday too.

I wish that we still lived closer so that we could just hang out. I miss having Emily come over to my old house every Thursday to watch BH 90210 back in the day. And I wish I could just call up Abby everytime I felt like going to the mall just to hang out, because she is definitely a 'mall girl'.

Maybe someday.

My sister is too far from me as well. In fact, I had to do a road trip to her house just last weekend because I missed her so much.

Here's hoping you see yours sisters real soon

I live away from all my siblings. I'm lucky enough to be able to see my eldest sister and my #4 brother at least once a month.

I hope you still can be in touch with your sister via phone, mails or any other way. that's how keep in touch with my other siblings I don't meet much
